For $16 does the job. Protects my ally when I take it on trips! Has enough space for my docking station, slim 2tb hdd, and power cables/brick. Case is super bulky though and fits awkward in my book bag due to the size of it lol

I got this case for my wife so she could be the guinea pig on the ally case. This one was a lot nicer than i was expecting and feels really solid with good quality materials. The zippers are flush and fluid with no catching or deformations. The outside is solid and sturdy but soft due to the material on the outside and seems to be resistance to staining but time will tell on that part for sure. The inside is just as good as the outside, all the connections are stitched well and no tearing or any visible issues with the seams. The ally sits inside nicely and have the flap to go over the screen that is covered in very soft material to avoid scratches. You can fit the cardboard/3d printed ally stand inside the little specific niche for it and has a zippered pocket for other items. I haven't tried it yet but i believe the OEM charger would fit in that top zipper pocket or underneath the ally in the little alcove.

I got this case for review and I have to say, they way it's pictured (esp what goes where) are spot on. As soon as I got it, I wanted to see how the Ally & accessories fit into it. I first put one of my go to controllers, Xbox, into the case and there is no way it & the Ally would fit in it. Next, I tried a Rii keyboard/gamepad combo controller I recent bought and that fit in fine with the Ally. HOWEVER, you can forget putting an AC adaptor in there as the top isn't big enough to hold it and close. Same for a power bank such as the BASEUS 65W which is a popular choice for the Ally. Now I know that all sounds bad but it's how you look at it. If you just want the AC plug, some micro SD cards, maybe a couple of cables (USB, HDMI, etc) and your Ally, then this will certainly do the job. It isn't a "bad" case at all. It just isn't outstanding or remarkable in any way. If this was "Idiocracy", this case would be Not Sure (aka just plain average as can be). For $20 to keep you Ally from getting dinged up in your backpack, it's worth buying. Just don't expect much more than that.
