Had to replace an old pan that had long outlived its usefulness. After searching for one that was made of bonded stainless steel instead of aluminum, was the right size with handles that were large enough to be useful but not too small, decently heavy but not so heavy that it couldn’t easily be lifted when full, I found this pan by Hestan. It looks great, is flat on the bottom instead of slightly concave like so many less expensive pans, is perfectly weighted, broiler-safe, and is easy to clean. It’s used often around here.

Worth the price. Love the handholds. This is one of few pans of its size made in the USA. I find the lighter color provides much better baked goods than darker color. Easy to clean as well. I set out to buy All-Clad and called the company to find out where it was made. Did you know many of All-Clad cookware is now made in China?!

I have been using pans that require to be replaced for decades now. The finish always tends to flake or erode resulting in rust, etc. I am so happy with the stainless steel quality and heaviness of this pan and hope for it to be the forever or last one that I'll need.

It was my husband's anniversary present to me and I really liked it. It is pricey for us but it really feels heavy duty. Aside from baking sheet cookies and other breads with it, I am so happy that it helped me make leche flan easier because i was able to use it as a roast pan for bain marie and I am able to peak from top to see how my flan is doing. Thank you!

I got this amazing baker pan first and foremost because of I know the brand and I trust it but, once I cooked with it I was beyond impressed by its performance. It is a gorgeous bakeware item, it distributes heat beautifully, it makes any food you make look amazing and like if a pro would have done it it. On top of everything else, it cleaned super easily and it looked just like the day I got it!
