The stuff works great. What I like about the gel is if/when it makes it way to the Horn rotors it doesn't gum them up nearly as bad as other greases. There is a gel #7 that's supposed to be good too but I haven't tried that one, at least not yet. The gel won't last as long as slide grease and I find myself lubing slides about every month or so.
