came mostly together, I did have to put the front wheel on. ALSO I HAVE NEVER PUT A BIKE together in my life and i managed to do it with their user manual and the tools it came with were super helpful.the seat was comfy. now need to put air in the tires and super happy, will update review after few months or riding it and give my rideing experience!Awesome bike ! Make sure everything is tight . I thought the mud guard in front was bent but it was because I didn’t tighten the wheel 🛞 middle part

The value and power is good for the price. Wheels are a bit thin and the chain follower had some weakness to it. But overall this thing is decent. Battery life and speed are good. A bit heavy but no more than the next e-bike.

If you are on the fence about getting an EV - just do it! This is a great bike to start with. I’ve ridden EV when touring different cities I visit and realized for my needs I don’t need bells and whistles. So I started with a more modest bike figuring I’d work my way up but honestly, this bike is meeting all my needs and I haven’t found anything I’d like to upgrade in a bike yet.What I can promise you is that once you get an EV, you’re not likely to go back to a standard bike. Unless you like the mega hill challenge, this bike gives me the joy of ordinary town and pathway rides I seek at a speed wonderfully fast if I want it. I don’t typically change gears myself, I tend to leave it on gear 7 and just use the 1,2,3 power levels as needed.It rides like a regular bike if you opt to forego the power or run out of battery so that is comforting.Enjoy!

I absolutely love my bike. I bought it after my best friend said she was ordering one, and now we ride multiple times during the week! I just hit 45 miles, so I’ll update once I get a few hundred. (I am not writing this review in exchange for complimentary products; this is my honest review)At first, my battery life wasn’t what I expected, but after a couple of rides and charges, I’m about to get about 30 miles on setting 2 (sometimes 3 (most battery assistance).It doesn’t make much noise at all, just a quiet hum. Visually, I think my bike is gorgeous and stands out from other bikes while I’m riding it.Performance-wise, it’s exactly what I wanted. I’m about to reach a speed of 22mph on setting three while peddling on a paved flat road (I’m 5’5, ~200lb.)I’m impressed with the quality at this price point, but I have seen people in the HeyBike group who have had issues with other models, so I think the CityScape is a safe bet (the BFF has the same CityScape model but in pink.)The instructions are tricky (literally step one), but I’ve never assembled a bike. I watched a HeyBike YouTube video on assembling the front wheel, which helped a ton! I had the rest of the bike together within 30 minutes.

Had a small problem with the battery and service was on it immediately, they went over and beyond expectations and completely solved the problem quickly and professionally. We are so impressed that we bought two more e-bikes knowing that if we had a problem they are on it. The e-bike is really good and fun to ride and are really well built. For the cost this punches above its weight. We highly recommend this bike and service department is excellent.Thanks for a pleasant experience.

Have had the bike 3 weeks, and I am impressed with the quality of build, the sturdy feel, and the acceleration. The bike is a little heavy, but a good solid ride, and it's acceleration, speed, and hill climbing ability make up for it. Good value for the money, and I recommend it, primarily for men.

I love this E-BIKE. I bought two different bikes the pink one is the Hey bike and the blue one is called Jason E-BIKE. I like the heybike much better because there is more room to get on the bike and it is wider...However, it is a heavy bike. I also love how tall it is for me. I an 5'3 and 140lb and I love ❤️ how fancy it looks riding. I also bought extra stuff to put on my heybike like the left and right mirrors, phone case, and small bike bag on the back. The bike goes very fast. It last a long time long as you do not ride on 7 speed all the time. Great bike for getting around like school, work, shopping and just for having fun.....I use mine for having fun, I love ❤️ it.

I’ve been searching for a decent e-bike for the last few years but wasn’t prepared to paid thousands of Dollars. The price was great for the quality you get! This gets me to work and back multiple times before charging, plus it’s super cute! It’s a heavier bike so be aware of that. I don’t think the weight of the bike is an issue because of the motor power :) would 110% recommend this bike for first time ebikers. Great compromise on price and quality!!

I love the Heybike because it is easy to ride and the pedal assist comes in when you need it. It is awesome when you go up a bit of an incline the assist kicks in and you have that wonderful boast.

Bike was fairly straight forward to assemble. Found seat post was too short for my height 6' 5" as advertised, had to order longer seat post and seat post shim to make it work, Also have a ticking sound either in the rear wheel or crank in 4th or 5th gear under load sometimes. Have since adjusted the derailleur and realigned the chain setting. Checked the axles and hubs for tightness .The sound is hard to find as it is intermittent. Overall, the bike works quit well, the diplay works as advertised. Haven't contacted Heybike Ca. yet for help in the ticking problem yet.I have since been in contact with Heybike, and the support team have responded immediatey . They sent a replacement freewheel ( cassette) for the back wheel. I installed it and did a couple of rides, the problem has been cleared up. I want to thank the support team for their decisive response and I believe the Company does recognise customer care for their products they sell. Thanks again.

Likes ~ Easy set-up, front light & back flasher are high quality, works excellent on road & bike trails, easy to add a couple baskets to frameDislikes ~ Seat is unbelievably uncomfortable & hard, breaks squeal when used on 1 bike & the other breaks squeal constantly, hand grips are a bit slippery- best to use riding glovesBattery sits low with no weather proof case. You can't ride this bike in wet conditions, unless you make a battery cover from the bottom up.
