Kevin on Hiland Bikes Customer Service Team is top-notch! He helped me get a replacement saddle at no cost, after the seat and pole were left out of the original packaging.He stayed in contact with me tracking the replacement until the package arrived at my door. Excellent Customer Support!

The bike came with a stem wedge that does not fit the headtube, as shown in their video instruction, so I was not able to assemble the bike.I tried to contact the company multiple times via email, but they did not reply to me.

I like that it came timely and was not all bent. I'm not sure who is in charge of putting some of the bike together as the brakes were not right. I had to get a new brake kit to put on it. Haven't really had any actual miles put on it yet.

I do not know how I feel about having so assemble some parts and if the bike’s performance is anything go by this is a really bad bike.I’ve had to remove the front breaks just to comfortably ride this as not only did they just rub against the front tire but they do not even work as proper brakes.

This bike by Hiland is a nice starter bike. It is easy to assemble (takes about 30 minutes). The colors (black, yellow and gray) are neutral and unisex. This bike can be ridden by men and women. It does have a little weight/heft to it. The seat is adjustable and the gears are easy to read. Overall, this is a great starter bike. I recommend it.

This bicycle was easy to assemble, It took me about an hour.It’s very stable, solid bike that’s fun to ride.The gear shifters, located on the grips, operate smoothly and keep your hands on the handlebars where they should be. I like that.The brakes stop the bicycle effectively , even in the rain.The range of 21 gears makes it able to easily pedal up a hill and cruise at speed with minimal effort.I’m 6’1” and the 26”wheel model I ordered accommodates me well. It has a comfortable riding position.With a quick adjustment of the seat height, my wife and daughter were also easily able to ride it. I appreciate that the seat height can be adjusted with no tools.This bike is a rigid-frame style that is perfect for the bike trails and paths I ride.I give this bicycle a big 2 thumbs up for quality, value and ease of function.
