After install pump worked fine. A couple months later it stopped working. So I took it out, cleaned tank and outside pump mesh. Reinstalled. Worked for about a month then failed again. Took it out, cleaned and reinstalled again, but unable to revive. Completely failed.

Easy to install on ‘06 Mazda 5. Go in on passenger side wheel well and underside after removing skid plate. No need to remove bumper, removing wheel is optional but makes it easier.
