I made my own collet chuck. Bought this to test. Could never get it closer than 2.5 thousand TIR at the edge of collet and 10-12 thousand about 4 inches from the collet. Bought a collet from Shars and it is shows .0002 (2 ten thousands) next to collet and .0004 (4 ten thousand) at 2 inches from collet. I will NOT be buying any more collets from HHIP and would suggest Amazon test HHIP's collets before selling anymore. This one is an absolute waste of money.
