These fit perfect- that is, after flattening the connecting end with a few good whacks with a hammer on concrete. Others recommend filing, but a hammer works just fine, and is probably a bit faster. Be wary of breaking them, they're not super sturdy, but as long as you don't drop your bike on them they'll be fine.

luckily it was cast aluminum and easy to sand down otherwise it would not have worked and it still is really tight fitting

I bought this for my TaoTao VIP 50. My left brake handle was broken. The left handle is almost a perfect match. I had to sand down the part of the new handle that slides into the brake mechanism to make it fit but was super easy with a belt sander. Took about 5 seconds after comparing it to the original handle. The right handle they sent is not a match for this particular scooter but I didn’t need it. I’m happy with it, especially since aftermarket parts for these cheap scooters are hit or miss when ordering online.
