Can you believe 2 out of 4 screws for the handle bar don’t go in? The built quality is astonishingly low. I have no idea how it can be so bad. The tool came with it literally stripped with the 2nd screw. I have to use my own tool to get the two screws in the front installed.Update:the customer service contacted me and solved the issue quickly.

First off I didn’t think this e-bike was going to be that good well it’s actually pretty amazing quality and super easy to assemble. Rides like a bigger size bike. Very zippy speed. Great for the money. Battery life is good for what this bike is.

I live on the 2nd floor it’s not to heavy for me to walk up. Does take a wile to charge. Charge does hold well. Wish it had a thumb accelerator instead of a motorcycle style accelerator. Not all the bolts and thing are tight as they should be so tighten as much as you can before ridding. I did have the main screen go out within days HiBoy send me a new one. There customer service amazing! The headlight does ok. Fenders are flimsy. Hated the petals. Ordered metal ones as the ones it came with broke easy. Seat gets uncomfortable quickly but how many seats are super comfortable. I ride a lot and longer distances and this bike holds up. Smooth ride love the tires as well. Very easy to tighten chain and air up tires. Love love the dual breaks very dependable. Overall love it feel safe on it. Love the removable battery. I get som many compliments on it wile ridding.

This little bike has surprised me a bit. I didn't expect too much with such a small bike that looks like it's for children. There are some caveats that I'll get into below, but first, the overall build of the bike:The quality of the bike is very good. It even has disk brakes on the front and back which work very well. It's light enough for an average adult to carry short distances, like from the house to the street, but too heavy for a child to carry. It's not for children anyway. It has the power to be quite dangerous. There is a key, but it's only for locking the battery onto the bike and not to control the ability to use the bike, but the phone app allows the bike to be locked from usage. Locking the battery is a great feature to avoid having it stolen if the bike is locked up somewhere. As far as performance goes, consider that I am 6'2" (188 cm) tall, and about 180 lbs (82 kg). There are lots of hills of varying steepness around me, so I was able to test out what it can do. - On a flat road or very mild incline, it can easily get up to 20 mph with just the electric assist. Any downhill road can easily exceed that. - On a long, steady, not very steep hill where you can walk without getting out of breath (about 5% grade), it slowed a bit, but was still able to maintain a speed of around 12-15 mph. - On a steeper grade, that would cause most people to breath heavier if walking at a normal pace, it struggled and slowed to a crawl, but with a little assistance with pedaling, it made it up the hill just fine.I should note that I have used the scooter sharing services around me, and this bike comes very close to the performance of those. It did slow more on the steeper hill than the scooter, but I found it easier to assist by pedaling rather than pushing with one foot on a scooter. On mild inclines, it performed the same or better than the scooters. At my height, sitting on the bike is comfortable, but I can't really get any strength for pedaling because my legs are mostly bent even at max extension. But with the e-assist, and the low weight of the bike, it makes pedaling quite a bit easier and is enough for most hills that would be moderately steep of less. I do wish the seat would raise a little bit higher, but I can go most places as it is.The battery, when going up and down these hills, drains fairly quickly. It was using about 10% battery per mile, but even 5 or 6 miles in a trip isn't bad considering the small size of the battery. For a relatively flat trip, I would expect the battery to last quite a bit longer, especially with help by pedaling. There's a display on the bike which shows speed, gear, and battery level. It's very hard to read in the sun because it's not very bright. There's an app that will connect to the bike and it shows all of that information and also tracks distance traveled. It's not required to use the bike, and looking at your phone while riding is a recipe for disaster, but it's a nice feature. I did have problems with the app crashing on launch and had to reboot my phone which corrected it.
