We have had this scooter for 6 months now. Speed advertised is real. Battery life has not diminished over the use and we charge every other night. The quality of the materials is above average! The only downside is that it is a little heavy, but that actually adds to the stability and safety of the product.

I researched a bunch of scooters before deciding on this one and I'm glad I did! I almost decided on a different one that was cheaper but decided to get this one since it seemed to be better quality. Let me just say, you get what you pay for!The quality of this one is really good. It honestly gets a really good range on a charge and the speeds are perfect for me. I'm not looking to replace my car so doing about 18 mph down bumpy streets is just fine for me. Speaking of bumpy streets, this handles them pretty well. There are no shocks or anything in the front so you feel the bumps but it doesn't feel unsafe to ride. The back does have some shock absorption so that helps a little.Overall this scooter is a great value and I'm thrilled I got it over others I looked at!

I had a previous scooter that I loved. But I got a flat in the rear (motor) tire. To change it, you have to take the entire scooter apart. I bought this one because it has solid tires. The ride is not quite as good, but I will never have to change a tire. The deck is on the small side, but everything else was great and easy to put together. I only wish that it had customizable regenerative brake settings. I have to use the hand brake way too much with this scooter.

I've owned one for several months now, and use it all the time.I'm a grown man (~200lbs), and carry my 5 year old around on it (to and from the community pool).The charge lasts an incredible amount of time.The 500w motor is sufficient for my weight - was a little fast at first, but now I'd like one faster :-)....the motor is strong enough to pull me up a fairly steep hill (slowly, but it will get you up)The brakes work very well, and feel confidence inspiring.The headlight is surprisingly bright, and the accent lights on the bottom are not only super cool but help others see you at night!The bell is dinky, but hey there is one .... LOLThe app is functional, and the CC works. I guess I might use it if I was traveling a long distance on a greenway or something.It folds down easily, and fits in the trunk of most cars (a little tight fit in the back of my Wrangler, but I make it work)A ton of friends and family have drove it around, and they always return w/ a huge grin on their face!It really is the most fun you can have for this much money!
