I have been looking for this rack for a couple years now.I had one exactly like it that has been missing from my kitchen.It's the perfect rack to go under your turkey or turkey breast in agood size roasting pan. The way it's designed that it flares up slightly on the sidesand is not just a flat rack, is what makes it the perfect rack for roasting a turkey.

Great stainless steel baking rack. I use this for roasting chickens and it holds it in place with ease. Very sturdy and durable. I would definately buy this rack again. Thanks.

Basic chromed wire rack, very simple, good quality for the price, works as intended. But the description doesn't mention, and it's not obvious from the image, that this is not a flat rack; it's a "V" shape. And it's actually 3.5 cm tall at the ends, not the 2.5 cm stated in the description. I bought two of them to fit into a large baking pan, and they work fine for what I need them for; they just sit lower in the centres and higher at the ends that I'd like. (I did flatten the "V" out a bit by bending it, but it would be difficult to bend the feet lower without the welds letting go unless you clamp it in a way that holds it very securely without also pitting the chrome.) Anyway it does the job and you can't beat the price.

Got this the other day and used it to make chicken, seems to do the trick. Decent construction and no problems after one use. I'll update my review if the rack starts to have problems.

This small rack is a perfect fit for a small pan we purchased at the same time. We use the two together quite a bit for roast beef, roast pork, etc... The pan we purchased is one of Wilton's 11x7 Biscuit Brownie Pan - [ASIN:B000FCD0NM Wilton Recipe Right 11 Inch x 7 Inch Biscuit Brownie Pan]. We had a similar pan and rack that were quite old and were hard to find in stores. Great fit - great price!

I wanted a smaller rack for a 9 x 13 pan, for roasting a chicken, small beef roast or pork loin; this one is great, fits a 9 x 13 perfectly, is study, curves upwards slightly from the center to each side, good for cradling the chicken, easy to clean. Price was right; I'm one happy chef. Isn't it nice when the small things work out well.

I bought two of these. I sprayed them with oil before cooking and they cleaned up easily enough. They are a little flimsy but they'll last a while as I don't use them often. For the price this is a good value. I'm not disappointed.
