Seems like it was working great but now the catalytic converter has gone bad. Unfortunately, it's been a little over a year so there's no warranty.

It fits. No complaints. It's a new piece. The code errors on the dash could have many causes. From pcv, to cracked exhaust manifold. Bad o2 sensor. Make sure the cause of your car problem is the catalityc.

Comes with gasket and bolts for the bottom end. No need to run around. Use the old bolts that connect to the top from my old one for connecting to the top to the engine. Make sure you torque and listen for any place not sealed. No sealer needed!! I replaced both O2 sensors at the same time. Engine light off. Runs back to normal now.My vehicle was throwing a code for P0420 and nobody could get to the root. It is your downstream sensor on the front converter that went out and a hole and started about 7mm away on the old converter.The welding on the new one is of good quality. Shipping took a little longer than expected but to know that this fit perfectly, I am ok.Only used OE O2 sensors with this converter, Nothing else. You will be fine. 😊

Did not come with mounting hardware to mount the converter to the exhaust manifold..

I finally received the product took a while to ship to me, upon inspection of new part I noticed that there was no hardware supplied for this new application. All I was supplied with was flange bolts. additional hardware had to be bought at an additional price. Catalytic converter was 30% smaller, than the size of the original which has me concerned that it may not work correctly on my application. Since Cadillac converter is smaller than what I had on the vehicle small size may cause the catalytic converter to not work correctly or not get hot enough to work for a very long period of time. I may have to return it if it starts causing issues.

This part fit great on my 2012 Chevy equinox. The only issue is that the factory part has studs threaded into the flange that bolts to the exhaust manifold and this part does not. This part has much larger holes in the same flange and requires bolts (not included) to secure it to the manifold.
