It fits on the radiator just like OEM. It's nice to see the coolant temp while filling up and checking the fluids. A very good value.

UPDATE: After posting my review the seller contacted me and said that the part was made to OEM Kawasaki specs, and should fit correctly, and would I mind trying another one if they sent me one, and I said sure. The new cap got here in a few days and it does fit. It fits VERY tight, but with a lot of muscle I was able to get it on, and it will probably break in after a while. Therefore I am changing my rating to 5 Stars instead of 3, not only because the replacement part was useable, but the customer service was exemplary! This is definitely a great seller, and I can recommend doing business with them.I ordered this to use on my 92 Kawasaki KLR 650 as a better way to read the coolant temperature than the cold/hot reading on the stock temperature gauge. Unfortunately this did not work on my KLR like it said it would in the listing. The cap's sealing surface is a hair over a 1/16" too far below the cap, and makes the cap unable to be pushed down enough to actually engage the radiator and turn. I verified the difference with a caliper measurement of both caps with the spring fully compressed, and sure enough, the new cap could not be compressed enough to match the height of the stock one. I then tried it on a Honda radiator I had laying around, and it was the same problem with that. I know this will probably fit a great many bikes, but which ones? The provided list is apparently not completely accurate. The least they could have done is provide a compressed length between the cap's under surface and the sealing surface so a potential buyer could check to see if it matched their cap before ordering. I think the cap looks well designed and made, but I can't give 5 stars to a product that doesn't necessarily fit what it says it does.

This radiator cap with temp gauge is pretty great. It arrives in a small box with only the cap inside of a plastic bag.The cap itself looks exactly as they show in the listing pictures and seems like it would fit in most radiators perfectly. Why the low rating? My friend just got a 2014 Scion xB and so I ordered this for them. However, on those xB's, little did we know, there is no radiator cap AT ALL. It is only refilled via an overflow jar.Clearly this listing has been written up wrong because the seller apparently doesn't know that it can't be used on later model xB's either.Overall, great cap but higher price for ones like this. It doesn't fit later model Scion xB's, if you were curious yourself.

I'm a gadget guy, I love things like this. Do I need a radiator cap to show ms the coolant temp? No. Do I like looking at this to see the coolant temp? Yep.It is great for knowing when it is safe to open your cooling system for maintenance, you can see when it's cool enough to open without getting burned.

Got this for my bike because it easily over hears and spit coolant out of the hose. So I got this 1.8 bar cap to prevent that from happening. Strait out of the box with no extra anything I removed the old cap, which was a 1.1 bar, and installed the new one. It was a perfect fit. I warmed my bike up and rode it like normal and it did not over heat. Good product and I would by it again if I had another bike that over heated. Gives me peace of mind.
