I'm a DIY person and not a real electrician. The gloves are comfortable and work for me when doing occasional projects. No way for me to test or know if they will protect at the rating shown.

Worked for my purposes—ensure against electrical shock when doing minor electrical repair. Seem to be well made.

First, while I ordered these gloves to utilize during a home project that included live wires and remained safe, I do not own any tools that test the voltage from such cables. My review is based solely on the items' use and quality/manufacturing. The gloves are well-made and fit perfectly (which was a concern as I have large hands, and the product pictures show a 5" width). The interior is rubber, and the exterior is nylon. While using them (which lasted a couple of hours), my hands remained dry and free of perspiration, which lends to their breathability. The pair I received came with a Multifunctional Voltage Tester Screwdriver, which is of excellent quality. I did not use it as a tester, but it performed well for screwing/unscrewing. Be aware that the gloves might come with electrical tape instead of the screwdriver; the manufacturer states the "gift" is random and can be either. The touchscreen capability did not work when attempting to scroll or swipe. I could text and type, so answering the phone or communicating via messaging is possible. I tried as I might, but swiping was not achievable. The gloves contain a strong odor, but kudos to the manufacturer for being upfront about this as they tell you to open the package and allow ventilation. They are worth the potential protection at their current price, and I recommend purchasing them.

Very nice gloves, the grip on them is amazing and i see it being handy for pulling wire . i have not had the chance to test the insulation just yet but im sure they will do well from little accidental zaps but would not want to test it grabbing ahold of a 400A feed. they gave a "screwdriver" that i assume is supposed to be a non contact voltage tester but i got the little LED to turn green in my hand between my fingers so i wouldn't use that in any way. the gloves however, they are nice and will work well. ill be back with how long they last.
