My guinea pigs absolutely adore this! They don't use the ramp, but they like running around it and hiding behind it. Easy to assemble, light in weight. Size is huge. It fits two or three guinea pigs if that's who you want it for. I can imagine it fitting a smaller bunny for sure. I would definitely get this for the price since it is so large and such a big hit. Plenty of holes for air circulation and it looks adorable.

I originally had two cardboard boxes that I cut an entrance to so that my rabbit could have something to hide in. But he didn’t really go inside of one and the other he just loved as a chew toy and he chewed it so much that it can barely stand up now 😅 I thought this would be a good replacement. Here’s what I liked:• Easy to assemble. Comes with directions, doesn’t need any tools.• There’s two archways and a circle entrance so he has options.• Comes with a ramp to get on the second level.• Chew safe material so he can chew on it safely. You can put the ramp in different spots.• Decent size to be a stand alone for one rabbit but also great as an addition to other pieces.• Looks cute! It’s fairly simple but it has little windows to make it look like a house and I love those little details. What I didn’t like:• It’s a little wobbly. I’m not worried it will crash but I think it’s wobbly enough to scare my rabbit out of getting on the second level. The ramp and the second level are kind of small. • My rabbit is only 5 months old but I think it’s small enough (and wobbly enough) that he doesn’t like getting on the ramp to get to the top.

Very easy to put together. It seems they even cut so you can't put it together wrong! Every time I tried to put something together backwards, the pieces wouldn't fit, but did instantly when I had it correct. The wood is sturdy, and the hide is pretty large. I'm not sure our rabbits need the ramp, they're pretty big and can get on top on their own. It might be good for guinea pigs, though, and it has a little fence so they can't fall off the side.Great product, well made, good place for the buns to hide from me.

I ordered this wooden house as a hideout addition to our guinea pig's cage. It is fairly large, and also comes with a ramp. It was very easy to assemble this quickly, and the wood is very sturdy. I like the design with many openings for our pet to go through when she is running around, but still feels secure under the roof. I also love the neutral color of the wood, which matches back perfectly with our home decor. This was the best addition to our cage, as it does not require any clean up. I would highly recommend for quality and value.

I have had other castles like this for my buns. My buns like this one a lot. Two smaller buns fit in together (mini-rex [pictured] and mini-lop, about 4lbs each). The ladder is useless, and I always throw those out. I place a folded towel on top and they like to sit up there. Sturdy construction with no dangerous elastics to keep together, no bottom which is great since the bottoms can get nasty/hard to clean, and it is easier if you need to get your bunny out of the house for any reason, and it was easy to assemble. Would recommend!

This like wooden fort is the perfect size for my Netherland dwarf rabbit. It arrived in a cute box appropriate for gifting. Assembly was extremely simple- the pieces for together like a puzzle. No tools are required for assembly. Most importantly, my bunny has been thoroughly enjoying himself in his new fort. The only complaint I have would be the ramp. It’s a bit too steep to be realistic for a rabbit to comfortably use. Even if it were- I still wouldn’t use it due to the adhesive/glie that has seeped out around the raised tracks on the ramp. Rabbits chew will chew anything and everything. It’s very important that there is nothing in their toys, food, or bedding that could be potentially harmful/toxic as there is a very strong likelihood of said toys, etc ending up in your bunny’s mouth. The fort itself is constructed from thin wood board. Overall, my bunny and I are satisfied with this cute little fort. The price is competitive and the structure itself is sturdy enough to last for a few months or more.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️**Amazon Vine Program Review Disclaimer:**- I am an Amazon customer who participates in Amazon's Vine Program.- Products reviewed through Amazon’s Vine Program are exchanged at reduced cost for my honest review.- I have no affiliation with any of the merchants whose products I review.- All products are taxable as income in the US.- All products I review are carefully inspected and throughly tested by me personally.- All reviews are fully written by me, and the opinions expressed within are personal, therefore they may not reflect others' experiences.I go to great lengths to ensure each review I share is accurate and as informative as possible. We have some similar castles for our guinea pigs, but wanted to try this one for our little netherland dwarf baby. He loves it! We did not include the ladder because he can hop, naturally. Rabbits are famous for this :) That said, so far he's mostly enjoying "hiding" under the castle and isn't yet hopping up to use it as a shelf. I'm hoping he will. Our other rabbits really like lounging on the shelves in their apartments.I asked my kids, 11 & 4, to put it together. They almost got it but needed a little guidance. Still, that's evidence that it's really not complicated to put together. It is absolutely possible that your rabbit (or other small mammal) will start to chew it over time. Depending on how much your creature likes chewing, they may even cause structural damage. But... it's just wood. It's kinda good for their teeth to have something to chew on. It's not so expensive that you couldn't replace it if you're actually keeping beavers.
