Lovely lip cording BUT despite having a really good machine, stitching the overlap tore the cording from the lip. This stuff is industrial weight. I've never had separtion or jamming while crossing the connecting seam in many tears of pillow making. I expect to have to hand sew the lip and cording together with heavier thread, then try to coax the finishing corner seam closed, one machine stitch at a time. Maybe too good for me use? Better for a true commercial machine.

Priced same cord in store and was 3.99 a yard so expected this to be cheaper quality but it is the same cord. Thick and rich looking. Very pleased

Admittedly I am not an expert. This cord trim looked very nice; yet I found it difficult to work with.Yet I did make pillows about ten years ago that had cording. And I don't recall it being so difficult to tie the ends together for those pillows as the ones I just made using this edging. In fact, the ends frayed so bad that I wasn't able to connect the two ends in any way that made them look good. So I ripped out this cord trim edging and went with some other tassles I had instead.
