The product is improperly designed. It is not capable of 360° photos or video. Images are obstructed by black lines in the housing. This can be obfuscated with editing apps that remove a slice of the image, but it cannot be fixed.The problem is a design failure. The manufacturer apparently does not understand the 360° / VR medium.This is regrettable as there is void in the market and this housing almost fills the need.

I am returning this as one clip is jammed and will not open. One other clip is very difficult to close
