Hex Coupling Nuts are defined by their elongated hexagonal shape and used to connect two pieces of threaded material at opposite ends. Hex coupling nuts are made to be highly enduring and able to suit the wide variety of applications they are commonly used for. Hex couplers are also threaded right hand. If a right hand-left hand coupler is needed, consider using a sleeve nut.

This is not a 5/8 nut as described. May take a 5/8 wrench, but will not fit to a 5/8 bolt
