I didn't buy these for traditional use...I use them for under my feet under my desk for natural healing! The only downside was that 1/2 the box was broken once they all got opened, as I gave a few as gifts. I did get a refund, but whoever was handling the box before it arrived, I'm guessing it was thrown because they were cracked.
