Very bright bike headlightVery pleased with this. It will work perfect. It's about 4x brighter than the light that came with my ebike and will be plenty bright to stay safe after dark. Note that I tested the 800 lumen version.It's winter here so I'm not able to ride with it (see picture in the snow), but not only does it shine well in front of me but it projects the light and reflects from surfaces many 100's of feet away.I tested it on the highest of 4 levels of brightness. I also tested battery life at this level, and it lasted about 2 hours before any appreciable dimming, and was dead after about 2 hours and 15 minutes. This is longer than the specs indicate (see photo of chart on back of package), and can be increased at lower brightness levels.The light is metal and seems very well built. Mounting hardware is plastic, but also seems well built. The light can easily be removed from hardware for charging inside.Easy 5 stars. Now I just have to wait for spring to ride...

Extra security when riding dark is always good. This a very bright with different settings including flashing settings that will help out a lot in the dark. You can use it almost anywhere in the bicycle. I use it as headlight and its very bright and last a long time.
