Product says it comes with self tapping screws! Upon inspection it came with regular screws that fit into the threaded holes in the plate!

I bought this for my PitBoss 850 not knowing if it would fit. It is MUCH larger than I expected. Doesn't exactly fit my 850 but I did put it in and it did alleviate the center hot spot. I probably should have sent it back and got something that fits better but it didn't specifically say it would fit mine. If you have an 850, just know, it doesn't exactly fit but it does work.

Fits the traeger pro 22 grill. Definitely much lighter than the original, maybe half the weight. For smoking, I don't think it makes too much difference, but maybe it'll have less longevity.Still good though!

I used this to block the hot air from the thermocouples on my Pit Boss grill.It is good, thick stainless steel, and was very easy to install. Perfect fit.It did solve the wild temperature fluctuations I was having.

I bought the heat deflector as I was upgrading a few components on my Pit Boss Austin XL. Figured for the price why not? First cook and the temperature is holding within 5 degrees! Pit boss should send one of these to every one of their customers. This is something they easily missed while engineering.
