This was the exact replacement to fit our 2007 and a half classic, Chevy Duramax Diesel it's truck. We have been using it for about 7 months now without any issues.

Cable is slightly to long or the return spring in my door is a little weak but I have to push my inside door handle back in after I open the door. This was not an issue before installation

This was a replacement for a driver's side inside handle on a 07-13 Sierra slt with the inset handle,not the larger outset handles that you find on the wt and some sle models. Parts numbers did not match was came out, but the over all length was right and it fit fine.

This inner door release cable I used for my 07 Cadillac Escalade EXT driver door was easy to install and seems to work perfectly so far. I did buy a similar product from another supplier, it broke and caused my window regulator to self destruct after the broken cable interfered with the window mechanism.I recommend this product
