I recently received the HITNET Bamboo Luggage Rack, and it has been a fantastic addition to my guest room. What I liked most about this product is its sturdy construction. The luggage rack can fold up easily and be stored away. I got this for my guest room to get things organized when I have visitors. I had to assemble it myself though and not sure if it is durable for heavy suitcase.

This luggage rack is really well made and easy to assemble. Very explicit assembly instructions included. Everything you need is in the package, screws and allen wrench. The measurements are as stated, 26.5 x 18. It easily holds a 26 inch suitcase, opened. And it is stable. Really nice to have that bottom shelf. My carry-on will fit on the bottom shelf. It folds up nicely for storage. Good value for the money. This will be a fixture in my guest bedroom.
