After shooting nearly a thousand rounds, it was time to finely tune the sights. The pistol is a Glock 17 Classic and wanting to keep the original looks and clean lines of the slide an optic was out of the question. HyFiz front and rears really did the trick. I highly recommend them.

I wanted a sight you can see better on a Glock 19. My friend put the same one on a Glock 17. The dot is about the same size as the factory dot, and really pops! Easy to acquire, makes for faster shooting.The only reason i didn't give it a 5 yet, is I took it shooting, and on a stable platform seems zeroed (enough). But my normal sight picture standing seems to be shooting a little low. Might be me, but time will tell. Overall, i would buy this again. Dawson precision didn't work without a matching rear upgrade, etc.This sight works with factory rear just fine.UPDATE: The screw is likely aluminum, and came loose. Over tightening seems like it may ruin the screw, and red loctite is not recommended. That said, we'll see how it works over time.Update #2: The dot is VERY close to the original white Glock dot front sight. However, I noticed when the top of the rear and the front are aligned. The dot is slightly higher than center. Meaning if you shoot by putting the dot on target, you'll be about 4" low at 20 yards.

A fiber-optic sight needs exposure to ambient light from all sides to be useful. Another well-known brand is open only at the top -- when the light source is from the side, there's no glow. This HiViz model admits ambient light from top and sides to produce a bright dot with light from almost any angle.

Loved my new pew, but my eyes didn't love the factory front sight. Swapped this in and... I can see!I don't own the Block tool, so I applied thread locker to the screw hole, then used a pencil eraser to start the set screw. Worked great!Great brightness, great construction, great value, easy installation.

Installed on a glock 43 slide. Very easy to install, just make sure you have a glock front sight tool. Simply remove your barrel and unscrew the front site from under. This one just pops in and screws on as well. Currently using the green sight and it looks amazing. Absorbs light so its bright and very easy to spot. Looks way better than the stock sight. Tested at the range and I am still able to hit the bullseye so accuracy seems to be there.
