It definitely gets hot in there. Putting the silver cover on takes it up several notches and I was sweating so much. I tried it with clothes and I did sweat some but boy oh boy With the silver cover, I was drenched in sweat. The only reason I’m thinking snot returning it is it’s hard to get in and out by yourself, the cleanup and most importantly, I’m claustrophobic and it was giving me anxiety. I might have to buy the tent like sauna. Sauna Blanket heat fizzles out. Doesn’t stay hot and controller gets really hot.

Item was not shipped with sauna wraps and seemed that a previously returned item was sent to me as “new”. Does not heat properly with uneven temeperatures thoughout
