This axle fit my 1997 CRV perfectly. No messing around, modification, or greasing up necessary. And once it was on, my car drove perfectly. The old boots were torn and the car shop was going to charge me close to $700 to change out both axles. About 3 hrs later and my car is good as new. Would definitely use and recommend.
