I needed 2 of these for a Straight 1 piece body Yamaha 82Z Soprano Sax to dry it properly after playing it. I bought my first at Sax Alley of Windsor CO. The small Teardrop shaped weight fits through the small diameter of my soprano sax and the fine, thin cloth removes the saliva very well. Two of these allows me to quickly and properly dry the sax without having to wait a few hours for one to dry out before using it again. After using these I hang them to dry out.

This product is not designed for a soprano sax. The piece at the end of the cord is too thick for the mouth Opening and would not go thru.

When Amazon emailed me asking if I would rate and review this item I was a bit surprised but, hey, how often do you get a request to review a soprano saxophone swab? I gave it a 5 star rating because the color is nice, the little weight at the end of the string fits through the neck of my straight Yamaha soprano, and ... oh yes, the silk fabric is nice.
