This is amazing for videos, I've taken it on my last few trips overseas and works really well

I already own an Osmo gimbal, and wanted another option, so I know how to properly use a gimbal for my phone. After connecting my phone to this gimbal's bluetooth and opening the hohem app, the gimbal beeped loudly and continuously until it powered itself down. Returned it and got a refund. If you're looking for a gimbal, the Osmo is far superior.

This was my first introduction to gimbals. The price was great compared to others and I ordered it with the idea of it being the one. I think it's a great little gimbal that does a lot of things well.I like that it has a 360 degree range, I like the sturdy tripod, and I like the way it feels in my hand. I like that there is a light that easily attaches to the holder. It has great features for what I paid and more features than one I bought that is almost twice the price. However, I am going to return it.The reasons I am returning it - 1) It's not easy to get my iPhone 12 Pro Max to balance due to the way the phone has to be placed into a resting spot at the end. 2) It would not balance at all the case on my phone. Removing the case is the biggest issue for me because I don't want to have to do that every time I use it. 3) This one is quite large and would require me to carry a larger bag around if I wanted to take it with me on a hike or sightseeing tour.If you don't have the budget for a more compact gimbal and really need one, I do highly recommend this one as a first gimbal!

Using with a Google Pixel 8 - instructions in the box say to pair with the "Hohem Joy" app but even though the gimbal is already paired with my phone over bluetooth, the app tells me "the bluetooth on my phone is not enabled". Okay.... so I go to YouTube to look up tutorials and figure it out and run across several for the exact same model (iSteady Mobile+) that say to download the "Hohem Gimbal" app. Tried it too and it does seem to connect but the camera is not user inuitive whatsoever (and I'm no tech dummy). I've tried everything between the two apps and can't get the person tracking to work, which is the whole reason I bought it. If all I wanted was a smoother camera motion (which this does provide), I could've gone with a much cheaper option. Was headed here to return but missed my window by 3 days (doh!). Company needs to clean up their app infrastructure and provide better, super clear, training videos on how to connect and set up tracking.

Who knew a smartphone gimbal could totally revamp the way I shoot videos? The hohem iSteady Mobile Plus has been an eye-opener for me. As someone who's just getting serious about creating content, the mix of the magnetic fill light and the gimbal's stability has been a game-changer.Let's talk about the fill light first. The bi-colors are fantastic for someone like me who shoots at all hours. Its very small, but actually quite bright and diffuses nicely if you position it perfectly, for me, about 8 to 12 inches away, the light always seems to hit just right. And the magnetic attachment? Genius. It's like they knew I needed something foolproof.The gimbal itself is sturdy, handling my iPhone without any complaints. The 600° Inception Mode blew my mind – hard to believe you can get those panoramic shots with a simple gimbal? Plus, the 13-hour battery life means I can shoot all day.Only small issue is i had to ditch my bulky phone case when using it but thats not a big deal. But overall, once once I got the hang of it, it was smooth filming from there. Honestly, for the price, the value I'm getting is unbeatable. I'd recommend the iSteady M5s to anyone looking to step up their video game without breaking the bank.

I've used plenty of phone gimbals before and wasn't expecting anything out of the ordinary with this purchase but this thing gives you a great bang for the buck. It's quite robust yet lightweight. The button layout is convenient and intuitive and lastly, I love the magnetic LED light. I wasn't too excited about that but that thing is tiny but so bright! You can adjust the strength and bi-color and the magnetic attachment is just plain cool.

Realmente estoy contento de haberme decidido por este modelo y lo recomiendo sin duda.

中華ジンバルメジャーのHohemのスマホジンバルですね。　この手のデバイスは進化が速くちょっと前のミドルグレードより最新のエントリーの方が高性能になってますね。　以前のモデルではケース付スマホだと厚みの都合で外れやすかったけど、これはケースを付けた状態でも問題無く掴めるようになってます。　Pixel7にTPUカバーを付けて余裕ありでした。　調整は1箇所のみ（左右スライド）、各軸にロックは無く最初からフリーです。　ロック無しなので調整済みならクランプに嵌めて即使用可能、逆に付属ケース以外だとカバンの中でブラブラしたりしちゃいますが。　単体では基本的な軸安定のみですが、アプリのHohem Joyで顔追尾など各種のスマートジンバルらしい追加機能が使えます。　iPhone SE2/Pixel7で試すとiPhoneの方がスムーズな追尾な感じですが、いずれもエラーなどは無し。　手持ちのiPhoneインサイドカメラだとセットのライトでISO400 1/30s程度で撮影可能でかなりクッキリ映ります、ISO1000以内ならクッキリなので結構余裕ありですね。　アウトサイドだと1ｍ位ならISO1000前後になり、結構良い画質になる感じですね。　端末ライトで1mだとISO3000越えになりザラザラ画質になるので、本格ビデオライト程ではないけどズーム無しで撮影するような距離ならかなり良いアシストをしてくれる感じ。　年末イベントでライト使用して歩き回りましたが、2m位ならそれなり、3m位でギリギリ位の撮影が出来る印象でした。　スマホでちょっと良い撮影を最低限の出費でしたいなら最高レベルのアイテムですね。　この上になると一気に値段が倍以上になってくるので、コスパとしてはコレが一番高い感じです。
