倉庫で作業している時寒いので背中に1つ貼っています。貼ると貼らないでは全然ちがいます。私は1枚で十分暖かさを得られると実感しています。一度、寒すぎる日に２枚貼ったのですが暑くなって１枚剥がしました。また３０日以上使用していますが低温火傷などもなく、安心して使えています。開封時に真ん中に切れ目があるのでそこから切るとすんなり開封できるしテープもしっかりくっついてくれるのでストレスなく使用できてます。お値段もお手頃ですす、品質もよく、暖かさも十分なので本当に最高だと思います。

以前は桐灰ばかり使っていました。暖かさと持続力は、個人的には桐灰≧オンパックス≧ぽかぽか家族だと感じています。桐灰は暖かくなるのが早くて持続力が長い。オンパックスも持続力は長い。これ(ぽかぽか家族)は上二つが14時間なのに対し12時間と持続力が少なめですが、実際にはもう少し持続力はあるかな？と感じます。また、上からいっぱい着込んだ時とか、酸素が少なくなるのかホッカイロの暖かさが弱くなりますが、桐灰の方はあまりぬるくなりにくいような気もしますが、これは少しぬるくなりやすいような？しかし、何ってこれは安い！！住んでるところであまり桐灰が売ってなくて、こっちを多用するようになりましたが、これくらいなら全然許容範囲です。最近はAmazonで注文することもありますが、やはり安い！なんならタイムセールとかやってると近隣のドラッグストアより安い時があります。そして安い割には持続力も暖かさもある！高いと何枚も使うのに気が引けますが、この値段なら気兼ねなく何枚も貼れちゃいます。どこぞのプライベートブランドの貼るカイロとかも使いましたが、それは粘着面が強すぎて剥がすのが大変だったり…とかもありました。粘着力も弱すぎず強すぎず、持続力もある方だし、何より安いのがいいですね。

I do not buy these to keep me warm. I have a back problem from an old injury and arthritis problems in my shoulders. I was spending too much on this type of product at CVS or Walgreens till I discovered this brand when I was visiting Japan. I use them when driving a long distance, when I sleep at night, or when I have to spend too much time at a desk. I go through a lot of these each week and they are a fraction of the price of any US products like Thermacare or drug store private brands.

These do not work well. Cute packaging but I didn’t read the reviews and just looked at the number of positive responses which was a mistake. Many people say the same thing. Not sure why any of the positive reviews exist except that they haven’t tried a similar product that actually works.

Used it in -6 to 2 degrees celsius weather, had to use 2 at a time to keep warm. It will heat up by itself in about 30-45 minutes after peeling off the stickers, lasts about 11 hours or so. For the price, these are great value, however unfortunately do not heat up to be as hot as I expected. If you are looking to go into environments colder than -5 degrees, this product might not be for you.

They're pretty warm but just okay. They don't get hot enough for any kind of pain relief but I used them to work under my clothes because the AC is so cold. It's pretty useful for that.
