Far superior to the plastic "replace upon removal" that comes on vortec engines. If you go to all the effort to remove everything to get to the timing chain don't put a plastic piece of junk back. Time is money don't waste time tearing it back apart because the plastic one is leaking.

Fit just like a glove..and sealed perfect. Recommend replacing the cheap stock cover for this one.

Had a leak from the front seal on oem plastic cover. This well made, fit perfectly and works great!
