I'd give these "fighting robots" a 5/5 if they were a bit easier to control. A joystick on the remotes would be ideal rather than independent speed/direction controls for each wheel. It takes s a bit of practice and coordination to get the bots moving in the desired direction. The red/blue bot is a bit better than the yellow/black one. The latter's "shield" flys off way too easily ... no problem with the red/blue one staying on. The center thumbwheel on the remote appears to have no function other than going "click, click, click."

My son loves this robot! So much fun. He’s 3 and he can’t get enough of controlling this robot. Easy to charge up and very functional. Great value and durable toy.

This is such a fun gift for kids! My nephew loves it and it keeps its charge well. It makes for fun and silly play. I feel like this is a great reasonable price for a toy like this.

This fighting robot reminds me of the old school Rock 'Em Sock 'Em Robots. I had so much fun with them back in the day. However, I have learned that the things we like are not what are children like. That didn't apply in this case. My boys were just as excited about the battle bots as I was. It didn't take long for us to master the moves. The 360° rotation added to the fun. The batteries are included and rechargeable, so the robot came out the box ready for battle. The music and sound effects are awesome. I recommend ordering two to get the full effect. You won't regret it.

I bought this for my grandson for xmas, its 2 days after and it doesnt work anymore. The part that latches the head to the body broke off and we found out that without the head it doesnt work at all. if this the case the makers should offer replacement head or come with one. overall its a good toy and fun unfortunately the part that keeps popping off is what makes it run. wish we knew this before
