I have a few complaints, but I will start with the good.The item arrived one day earlier than was originally quoted. Unfortunately, this concludes the good.As you will see (or maybe already saw) there are a few very visible flaws with the tree.1. The screws all poke out the back of the tree. I realize that some people may attribute this to not knowing how to properly operate a screwdriver, or a drill, but I have been a building maintenance engineer for nearly a quarter century, and it is because the material that is used strips out before it begins to sink the head of the screws. NOTE: Do not build this with a drill, especially not anything with actual torque, you may as well nail it.2. The paint coating is uneven. Even after dusting all of the manufacturing debris from the bench and a few other spots, there are thin spots in the "paint" or coloring material.3. The pieces don't align correctly and one of the pieces was cut too short, causing a gap in the top corner. (If this was all the issue, black electrical tape would fix this, but it isn't.)4 The lighting has a standard LED strip with a full sized USB plugh in, but comes through the tree at 67 inches high, and isn't quite 36 inches long. A standard outlet is 12-18 inches from the ground, so at best it is 2 feet from reaching a plug, There is no power block, nor extension included.5. This thing does not support weight. If you sit on the bench it bows and crackles and creaks with the average weight lady sitting on it.6. The construction (or the instructions?) are worse than Ikea ever dreamed of. You and easily put any pieces on the wrong side, backwards, or upside down. The side pieces can literally be put on either side, upside down, and unless you are looking at the other pieces, you get to assemble and reassemble until it worked right. This could very easily be remedied by moving the pegs an inch ot 2, just make it so they aren't completely symmetrical.So, being as professional as I can possibly be, I wouldn't buy this thing for my proverbial mother in law. (I actually like mine.) If the star rating could go lower, I would. Feel free to message me with questions about this hunk of junk. How are we supposed to return this anyhow? Completely disassemble it and hope we can salvage the box?

Vary cheap in quality tried to polish it with furniture polish and it just smeared the panels scratch easy',
