My partner and I purchased this 2-3 person sauna. In less than a year of owning (within our 1 year warranty time) both back heat panels just stopped working. Reached out to seller and after nearly 3 months of back and forth correspondence our sauna is still not working at 100% capacity. Seller sent 1 power knob with no instructions or certainty a new power knob solving the problem. Each heat panel has its own power knob - how is 1 new knob with no instructions supposed to fix 2 Heat panels with 2 power knobs? IT DOESN’T. The sauna is still not working correctly or at full capacity to max temperature. The seller has not resolved the problem and has stopped responding.Do not purchase from this seller.

We ordered the 2 person sauna (2 small people or 1 regular person with plenty of room) just wish it was 6” wider. Doesn’t heat up to max in 15 minutes more like 30 minutes but those things pointed out we like everything else about it. Bluetooth connected easy, fm works good, lights etc all good. Delivery took longer than expected but set up was a breeze. I’d purchase again.

Great to have a home sauna. Warm up for 25-30 min then get in. 130 degrees and end of 30-35 min it's nearly maxed at 147. Had issue with ionizer. Sent message and within a week had another one. Good service.

This is a lovely product! I''m so glad that I had assistance to put it together - at 75 I'm not strong enough to lift some of these pieces. It gets to the right temp between 15 & 20 minutes & is just wonderful. The only thing that would make it better would be if all the items on the digital pad would light up not just the time & temperature - otherwise its a perfect addition to my health.

amazed at the meticulous quality of woodworking. all joinery is advanced and accurate. There is no plasticky/smelly paint or varnish finish. The latches that hold the panels together are pretty fancy. The door is real tempered glass. Assembly is easy, needs two people to align the panels faster. The panels are double walled for insulation. The inside is well made. Did not install the accessory holders inside. Controls are simple and failsafe- the unit switches off when the timer runs out, I don't see a possibility of leaving it running by mistake.Since we installed this on carpeted space, I put it on a 34" square piece of 3/4" thick plywood base, with a few 1x2 wood strips below it for strength. The unit gets up to 130 degrees starting from 60 in about 20 minutes. Its great infrared and ambient warmth. The only problem I have is the cats thinking I am trapped inside and trying to rescue me :)

I was a bit concerned when first ordering this sauna, as there were no user reviews yet. However, a bit of research showed this to be an established company with a range of available sauna products. Given the excellent price for the features, I took a chance. Glad I did! The sauna arrived quickly and without damage in two boxes. Assembly was startlingly simple — just drop the premade panels on the floor section, plug in the heaters, and snap in the glass door section and top. Easy! The precision of the fit is notable: No rough edges or misalignment. Slightly taller than comparable units on Amazon, fits well in a small corner of our bathroom. The sauna turned on first time and started to heat quickly using the simple control panel. It heats relatively quickly and can touch 130+ F. Plenty to get in a good sweat. So far, this has been an excellent purchase.

My husband is a carpenter and I worried about him grumbling about the quality of this item. But there was no way we could afford a "name brand" so... I ordered it and braced myself.Well, my husband actually gave this sauna high marks for craftsmanship! Installation was a breeze, all the parts fit nicely, and the materials were entirely adequate even if not "top grade." It's not flimsy and it looks great.Most importantly, it does the job! The carbon panels create the right kind of infrared heat, and mostly around the body (rather than at head level and higher). The ionizer is a great addition, for keeping the air circulating. The colored lights are fun, and there is a proper reading light as well for reading. It heats up quickly and we each spend 30 minutes in it every night before bed and work up a great sweat without feeling uncomfortably hot.A few extra notes: My husband is 6'4" and he can't slouch or his knees hit the glass door. Not an issue, really. The cabin is 66" inches high and I worried that he would not like stooping to get in and out, but that is no issue at all. The heater unit on the floor under the foot panel does get pretty hot for my sensitive feet, but I just wear flip-flops when I go in, so also not an issue.We bought this to use for detoxification (see the books by Sherry Rogers, including "detoxify or die"), and it is too early to say whether we feel any benefits on that level. But I expect we will, because we are certainly sweating enough.In short, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
