I had one of these on a front door when we purchased our house. I got these two to use in addition to our security system. They were easy to install with a small electric drill. They are a good weight and made well. The value is really good for your money. Packaged nicely and shipped quickly. Would buy again.

I bought these for my in-laws house as an extra security measure…but also to keep my father-in-law, who has Alzheimer’s disease, from opening the doors at night. He has a tendency to wake up at night and open all the doors to the house. (We also have a 24 hour caregiver in the home with them if they really needed to get out). But these are simple to install and easy to use. I bought the white finish and it blends in with the white trim perfectly.

Works as intended and easy to install. The rubber bumper falls off very easily which kind of cheapens out the entire experience.
