The soup spoons are good, especially if you want spoons similar to those used in restaurants. They are a bit awkward to hold and drink from. My husband tried them and said he said he prefers using regular spoons. The quality seems good, and it doesn't feel like it would break if dropped. Seems highly priced at 6 for $25.

I do a lot of Chinese and other Asian type cooking, and have wanted some porcelain spoons to use primarily with soup. I saw this set of 6, lovely white porcelain, at a great price, and ordered. I especially like the size of the spoon, the bowl depth, and the shape of the handle and bend. The spoons are well made, strong and durable, and not easy to chip or crack. They are very easy to wash. They have a nice weight. They work beautifully with Chinese dishes, and any other food where I would use a spoon. They are quite versatile, and look beautiful on the table. The bend at the end of the handle keeps the spoon from slipping down into the soup, which is a real bonus. I am delighted with this set, and would recommend it without hesitation. The set would make a great gift for anyone who cooks Asian cuisines--or any other kind!

This product arrived and was packaged very well. However, the design of the spoon does not really reflect authentic Chinese spoons. The bowl of the spoon is rounded, so there's no way it can rest upright if one wanted to use it to serve appetizers. Most Chinese spoons are flat on the bottom of the bowl. Additionally, the bowl of the spoon is a slightly too large when used to drink porridge or soup. It is still functional as a spoon but definitely doesn't seem like the traditional spoons.

These spoons are a solid addition to my kitchen — literally. They’re heavier than I expected, but that just makes them feel more fancy and durable. I’ve been using them for soups, stews, and even ice cream (because who says you can't be elegant with dessert?), and they’ve held up beautifully. They have a nice weight to them, which is a step up from the flimsy plastic ones you get at some restaurants.One thing I love is the little hook at the end of the handle. It’s perfect for resting the spoon on the bowl without it slipping in and making a splash. No more fishing my spoon out of my ramen! However, these do take up a bit more space in the dishwasher due to their size and shape, so just be aware of that.Overall, these porcelain spoons are classy, sturdy, and make soup nights feel a little more elevated. Definitely a five-star buy if you're looking to upgrade your tableware game!

This is a really nice, classic set of soup spoons. They are a good weight and well made. I love how well they nest into each other so they dont take up a lot of room. Each spoon is really easy to handle and is comfortable to hold in the hand. The edges are rounded and smooth and they work perfectly! They do not transfer heat, so the the handle remains comfortable even after sitting in a hot bowl for a while. They are easy to clean, and I haven't had any stains after multiple uses. I am super happy with these!

These soup spoons from homEdge are ceramic and are ideal for ramen. The spoons are plain white which is the standard color but the finish is just average in quality. The spoons are a large 6.7 inches in size. The current price of $25 CAD for this set of 6 is slightly pricey.

I had been looking for good Asian spoons for sometime and had not found any I really liked. I am pleased to say these spoons are fantastic - the curved angle fits perfectly in your hand and will rest nicely against bowl without sliding into the food. They are big enough to get a reasonable amount of vegetables and noodles out of the broth when using them for soup, and dumplings fit very nicely on them to hold while you pick up with chopsticks.I also use these spoons with cereal and other meals because they are such a perfect size and fit nicely in a variety of bowls. The only odd thing I found was the hole in the handle – another reviewer had mentioned this may be for hanging storage, or to provide a better grip on the handle. In any case they do not detract from the form and functionality of the spoons and I would highly recommend them.

These are really nice quality porcelain spoons.The size is perfect and they are flawless. Pure, white, smooth porcelain.They arrive well protected in custom-cut foam block packaging inside an attractive cardboard box.Perfect for soup these spoons look very classy on the dining table.

My previous spoons are the kind you get in some Pho restaurants. Those are melamine and great for soups, so I thought I'd found the best to recreate the restaurant experience. But these spoons have finally topped that experience. The heavier porcelain material brings the experience up a notch. These spoons are a little larger than my older spoons yet don't feel too large. Just a little more soup per bite. My old spoons had a risk of sinking into the bowl if I wasn't careful. These spoons have a slightly longer handle and a curve at the end. Perfect for resting on the edge of many bowl types without the risk of falling all the way into the broth. There is a hole at the end of the spoon and I thought it might be for hanging or storage but my research tells me its for either your thumb or index finger to help keep a better grip on the spoon while using as the porcelain can be slippery when wet. I expect many dozens of years of soup enjoyment from these spoons. Elegant indeed.

These porcelain Chinese spoons from homEdge come as a set of six, and they’re made of lovely, sleek-looking, durable porcelain. They’re a good size at about 6.7 inches long, so they’re not too big and not too small, just right for scooping up soup or even having a little dessert. I've used them for everything from wonton soup and ramen to even just eating scooping some yogurt, and of course they work great!One thing I really like is this little resting hook part on the handle. It’s designed so you can rest the spoon on the edge of your bowl, and it doesn't slide down into the sea of soup! You know how annoying it is when your spoon disappears into a bowl of ramen? Well, this solves that. It’s a small detail, but it makes a big difference. They’re also really easy to clean; you can just chuck them in the dishwasher, which is always a plus in this household. Design-wise, they’re simple but elegant; they’re pure white without any pattern, so they look nice whether you’re having a casual meal or something a bit fancier. They’re advertised as being good for restaurants too, which I guess speaks to their durability. So, basically, they’re sturdy, a good size, easy to clean, look great (especially when matched with blue and white rice bowls) and they have that handy little hook to stop them sinking into the soup - slurp!
