I previously purchased a cheaper bag that ended up being very flimsy and frail. I ended up returning that one and getting this on and I'm so happy I did. This bag itself is very well made and hold a lot. I've been using it for a little over a month now and I'm very happy with it. I would have given this bag 5 stars but the drink holder that it came with ripped as soon as I handled it. I didn't care much about that though because I just wanted the bag to begin with and the drink holder would have only held small drinks anyway.

Firstly, I was super surprised that this item arrived just before the deadline and came delivered to me on a Sunday afternoon. Was,impressed with how big it was and the quality. It will do nicely when I travel on road trips and find item’s needing refrigeration. I love how small it folds down to. A great find for the price.

You can use this for many things and it’s very sturdy, exceeded my expectations, some of these don’t come with that silver cup holder, why would they show it in the picture idk.

The bag is really big. Drink holder can be attached or removed as needed. Spacious, lightweight but sturdy and well built. Premium material should last a long time. For some people and food delivery drivers the bag might be too big. Check alternatives as well. Also check measurements before order. The bag is really big but its worth every penny if you are comfortable with its huge size

Perfect for delivery of grocery store shop and deliver jobs. Door Dash, Uber Eats, Point Pick Up, etc.Also, I use the inner drink holder regularly. It can hold large drinks and the insulation helps keep the drinks cold.

I use this for my food deliveries. Worth every penny! One thing I wish it had was a hard bottom to keep the bottom flat. To fix this, I bought thin canvas at walmart and cut it to fight nicely at the bottom. Now every thing stays hot and level on deliveries! The bottom no longer sits all round or angled on the back seat of my car! I also managed to deliver a pizza 15 minutes away and it was still piping hot as if it just came out of the oven!

This bag is great for its value. Note that the bag is huge and can fit multiple food orders if you're using it for food delivery. Also great for grocery where you need to keep the temps at a certain level.

This is my 2nd delivery bag with homemell. Quality is probably one of the best in market. It is tough built and large capacity. The liners inside feel much better and there is NO chemical smell at all.This new bag also comes with portable drink carrier. You can remove it if you have a large pizza order. The drink carrier is a life saver if you do food delivery in places like downtown where you get a lot of starbucks orders (trust me people aren't even willing to go downstairs to get their own coffee)

This is my 2nd bag with this company/brand. It is stronger and insider liner does feel much safer than other brands. I normally used it for uber eats and doordash food delivery. My wife also used it for costco grocery shopping with like instacart. It is a great tool that you must have for food deliveries or shopping!

I ordered this for my son who delivers food for one of the popular services. He had a couple of smaller bags, but he wanted one that held more items.This bag is huge, and it holds a lot of stuff. It folds up pretty compactly, but it’s really big when opened up.It does a great job at keeping things hot while he’s making his deliveries, but he needs to keep a folded towel inside the box. Since it zippers closed and seals pretty well, steam from the hot food can condense and it can get wet inside the sides. A towel does a pretty good job at absorbing this moisture. It’s easy to clean every day when he returns home.All in all, it’s a great bag for keeping things hot or cold while you travel with it.

Yea, this thing is apparently the real deal. Its NOT that kind with the pealy "aluminum foil" inside! This one is nice and ROOMY, plus overall thoughtfully designed and manufactured properly in my opinion. So far so good anyway (love the internal removable drinks holder! Nice touch). Been utilizing this product alot for the past few months (ie doodash, instacart, etc). Seems tough, durable. Crucial factor. Zipper good too. Room for improvement? I'd make it slightly thicker, as in a little better insulated. But that's just me. Another cool thing about this bag is I believe its the collapsable kind. Pretty sure.
