This is an OEM part that came in an OEM bag. It was a quick fix other than the part where I installed the cable into the wrong port in the lever housing. There are two places where the cable can fit into the cable housing. I was trying to mount it into the top port and I thought the cable was too long. I eventually saw the lower port and when I put the cable there, it fit perfectly. See the picture where I circled the wrong port for my mower. Other models may use the upper port.

Perfect fit and easy installation. not crazy about the cheap design , but the replaced part i purchased was a easy fix and a good price.
