Fits perfect on my Husqvarna push mower with Honda engine. There’s 3 of these nuts that hold down the pull rope and one must’ve vibrated loose and fell off. This was exact replacement

The flange nut was in a genuine Honda parts bag. Fit with no problems. FYI - use locktite on the new flange nut so you don't loose it again!
