This is not a brand-new product. I waited a few weeks for it to arrive, and I received it yesterday to replace my old one. However, when I opened the package this morning, I discovered that the product appears to be refurbished or possibly a returned unit, as both screw holes have indentations. Therefore, I will need to return it.

Great price for this control unit. Old unit was improperly installed and got wet. Replaced this unit in about 20 minutes with good instructions and so far so good.
