I purchased the Honeywell TH6220U2000 Thermostat for control of several fan coil units in my residence. The unit is nicely designed with flexible functionality and programming including support for an external temperature sensor on this model. Programming was straightforward. Pleased with this unit. Contact info for support was even printed directly on the front of the unit!

my old one decided to randomly stop working in my 2 year old home. Rather than re-do everything, ordered new one and it just plugged in. You will need to know the programming codes from the old unit to make it work right, keep that in mind.

Product arrived in opened box ...this item was clearly not new. When installed (by a professional AC tech) it did not work- a blown circuit in the unit. Very disappointed. Will never purchase from this seller again.

After idk how many years our older model gave out. Took less than two minutes to install the batteries and connect the new one in place of the old. This one is easier to use and larger range of temperature compared to our old one. Couldn't be happier

This is a good product. Easy install; registers the temperature at exactly what we set it at. This was a replacement one for the thermostat that was installed with our new HVAC system. Every time the power went out, it reset to manufacturer's setting, which caused heat to come out when AC was on and emergency heat came on during power outages in the winter.

An air conditioner company wanted $350 for labor to put this on since I was still under warranty. So I bought it and someone came out and programmed it for me and I saved $$$.

The item was delivered within a reasonable timeframe however the box the thermostat came in looked old, banged up and was clearly opened before. The thermostat itself was flawed and didn’t work because it was missing one of the conductors for one of the batteries. It looked like it was a manufacturing error but I wouldn’t be surprised if it was a return. Bit of a waste of time, so I bought a different version from Home Depot which I should have done in the first place.
