I have pets so I use this carpet shampooer a lot. I LOVE it and it does a great job cleaning. Easy to use and easy to clean. Can’t believe I didn’t get one sooner since I own pets. Can’t imagine not having it now.

Didn’t think my carpets were so messy. The out tank was filled with dirt! Remember to go slow-it’s not a vacuum cleaner!

Easy to use. Not that heavy suction good but I went over it a few times to make sure it was really dry. Got lots of doggy stains out.

When I say this thing has suction power… Even if you use the attachments & need to clean the couch or steps… it’s crazy how powerful it is. I had an extremely dirty white rug that i needed to go over a lot to get all the dirt up but bc of the dry function on this vacuum, I was able to without the rug getting too wet. Anyone who says their vacuum busted, I’m convinced they just don’t know how to use it. I’ve had this thing for a year now & use it often. It’s just as good as new. You need to take care of it though. Clean it thoroughly after every use, if it starts to act up during use, turn it off & clean out any hair.

Did a great job. Picked up so much dog hair and it was so much more efficient & convenient with not having to worry about changing out the water like my older unit. It also did a great job on my cloth upholstery in my Jeep Wrangler Sahara.
