This is a larger than needed bottle but it will last a long time. Cleans my guns well, great product

I’ve always used this because I am very sensitive to strong smelling chemical cleaners and this doesn’t hardly smell. Seems to clean well if u let it sit after spraying and then using a good metal brush.

Based on my experience with different products, I was skeptical about the effectiveness of a gun cleaner product that didn't have a strong odor. I was pleasantly surprised with how effective and pleasant-smelling this gun cleaner was. With this as my go-to cleaner, I don't have to keep all the windows open with a fan running to prevent getting a headache from odors (like with other gun cleaners/solvents).

This stuff works great and it doest smell like the regular #9 bore cleaner. I love it and I prefer it, it also has a spray cap on it so it's 10 times better than the regular imo. It also cleans better.

This is a very effective cleaner, and it really is odorless, which means I can use it in the house. As others point out, the wife can't smell it! According to the SDS on the Hoppe's website, Elite Gun Cleaner contains no ammonia (shouldn't be a surprise, since Hoppe's has been in the gun cleaner business for over 100 years... they know what they're doing!).My one complaint is that there are NO instructions! Literally, the directions on the bottle are "Directions: Unload firearm. Please refer to your firearm manual for proper maintenance of your firearm. For more cleaning instructions, visit [Hoppe's website]." I'm not asking how to clean a gun, but it would be nice to know... Is it more effective if I let this stuff soak in for an hour? How about overnight? Is it bad to let it dry? Will it damage rubber grips? (For the record, there are no instructions on the Hoppe's website, either.)
