It's a solid device, but I have to use it a few more times to get a full scope of it. The sound didn't seem that loud upon it's first use and it disconnected a few times during the conference. That might have been due to the fact it was ChromeOS and I used it straight out of the box. I didn't finagle with it too much and imagine once I got the settings down it would have been a better setup than using the TV speaker and the extended microphone. The clarity was great, even though it wasn't very loud, it was sturdy and holds a lot of promise.

Our church has zoom sessions connected to in person meetings. They were using the computer microphone that did not pick up very well. They then purchased a plug in microphone that unfortunately was semi-directional and did not pick up voices outside of the listening cone. I saw this and the price and thought that is a lot of money. Well, I got it anyway and it is everything and a box of cookies. The sound is loud and clear. People on the other end can hear folks in the room no matter where we put the microphone. It has mics around the speaker that pick up easily in a small room, front to back. It can be daisy chained for larger rooms but it would have to be a really large room considering how well this works. Connecting was a breeze. We used the Bluetooth to the computer and it connected right away. By being Bluetooth you do not have to worry about having a cord tethered to the computer. Place this anywhere you have an electric outlet. The power transformer is a little strange. The prongs slide off. I guess this is so they can adapt it for different countries with different styles of outlets. You must use the included transformer because it uses a barrel connection not USB for power. Understanding that this requires 15v explains why a USB is not the power source. This works with a lot of difference conference programs and has volume control, mute control etc. Even with the price, this thing is wonderful and has solved our problem.

I like the size and look of it, it's not that big and not so small it loses sound quality. It connected so easily using Bluetooth. It worked fine with the tablet and PC. The tablet sounds too low so this speaker has been great. It plugs into the wall so it's steady and stable with a clean sound. The video calls are louder for me now and so far, there hasn't been any issues.
