I had the tank on my Makita Mac2400 compressor rust out but everything else on the compressor was still good, and after exhaustive survey of air tanks, decided this is the best option for a replacement tank. The ports are all close enough to the locations of the original ports to make it work with a little finesse. I did have to buy many plugs and reducers to close off all the ports that aren't used. And I did weld a little bit of extra tubing on to the frame of the compressor to support the tank, but it wasn't strictly necessary.

Adapts perfect for 1992 foretravel unihome air bags have to plug 2 ,1/2 and 1,3/4 extra inputs and move mounting holes out 2 inches on brackets

Well yeah but I am not using it for a truck air horn but as an adjunct tank to my air compressor to catch the water from the transmission cooler prior to going into the main tank and as another 5 gallon capacity. Its a good solid tank, mounts easily and has WAY MORE ports that you will probably use so get ready to buy some NPT pipe plugs. All in all, I really like this, was happy to have bought it and would recommend it not only for an air horn but also if you are doing one of those crazy air compressor after cooler mods like I did.

The tank in this picture is not the one I received. The one I got has matte black finish not gloss. Tank was scuffed and has abrasion marks. not sure if it was because of production or shipping error.
