Does the job! Added to a 5'3 rug that was too small on a 5'6 pony, fits great now. Nice and secure, no issues with it coming undone yet!

My Clydesdale is only four, and still growing. He’s outgrown this blanket in the chest, but I didn’t want to part with it just yet. This extender was the fix we needed. Leaves him room to comfortably graze and grow. Good buy!

This enlarges the chest opening and relieves some pressure on the shoulders, which was one of my problems, but it didn't do a great job extending the length along the back.
