An improperly fitted blanket can cause rubbing and slippage. Measuring Instructions: Stand your horse as square as possible, and measure from the center of chest around side of the body to the point of the horse's rump just before the tail. If your horse ends up measuring between sizes, always round up to the next size to ensure full coverage. Washing Instructions: To keep your blanket as comfortable as possible for your horse and to maximize the blanket's life, it is recommended that you clean your blanket annually. First, remove excess dirt from the outside of the blanket with a brush and hose. The blanket can then be washed either by hand, or on a delicate cycle with cool water in a commercial washer. Use only very mild soap. When the blanket has been washed, allow to drip dry and ensure that the blanket is thoroughly dry before storage. Do not put your horse's blanket in the dryer or wash with hot water. Do not store your horse's blanket if damp or wet.

We like these sheets and have purchased multiple of them. They are light enough to use in the summer heat of 90+ degrees but Caution if you leave it in the sun when not in use it can tear. That being said even though it did tear (I feel like I'm spelling tear wrong lol) it has not torn more than the original rip and had held up still. The sheet on the black mare is small for her and did rub a spot so make sure you get the correct size but they do run true to size.

Unfortunately I was looking for a sheet that was a little thicker so had to return. But that does not take away from how well made this specific sheet is- It’s very classy!The seller was so kind with the packaging and I would definitely order from them again!

Front strap ripped off less than a week on my horse. He only wears it in stall at night. So disappointed

I love these blankets! I have 3 and I had two previously for another horse. I thought it was going to dislike not having rear leg straps but my horse is in a stall so its not been an issue ever. These blankets some how don't slide around, I get there and it's pretty much where I left it. I have winter blankets that are half hanging off his butt when I show up, drives me crazy. I also wash these allllllll the time! Easy on my washing machine, I hang dry them and they dry pretty quick! They breathe well on my horse, he's never sweaty underneath and they don't lunch his withers and not too tight on the chest. I have a very stereotypical QH short and stout but I also had a QH that could have passed as a thoughrobred! Tall and thin and these blankets fit them both great!
