Cost effective, low profile solution. Just what I was looking for to connect the studio MIDI hub to my pedalboard MIDI devices. The Hosa MDR110 cables are the best long run solution (from board to rack) However the protruding part of the connector is about ¼″ longer than Mellbree cables. You can use a Mellbree with a Serounder 9.8″ extension if the Hosa won’t fit to get around that. MIDI Express XT (Hub, not in photo) → ES-8 → H9 → M5

Great midi cable, but please know that the cables are 180 degree flip on each end. (so if you plug in is hanging downward on one end of the midi cable, if you plug the other end of the midi cable to the same midi port, it will be going upward). This can be awkward. The description does not state that well and the pictures do not show well.

Por algún motivo es difícil encontrar cables MIDI 5 pines acodados. De hecho, estaría bien que vendieran codo a la izquierda y a la derecha para poder elegir, ya que no todos los equipos de música tienen la salida MIDI en la misma posición, y en algunos casos hay un espacio muy pequeño para que salga el cable.En este caso, el producto tiene un muy buen precio y nunca he tenido un problema con él.Aconsejo su compra, pero mira bien la foto para comprobar hacia qué lado saldría el cable.

Wsh there were more cable end orientation options - really looking for same downward orientation at both ends - including for 3 and 6 foot cables.

It’s a really good design because at one end it has the pins at the top and the other end at bottom which in my case worked perfectly for what I needed.

Had to return this item. The midi prongs are upside down. Instead of the right angle hanging down its up. This causes the cord to short out early

Words cannot adequately describe how pleased I am with this MIDI cable. To think of all the brave people who laid down their lives in its creation brings a tear drop to my eye. From the smooth black plastic to the shiny metal shield on the end the cable is a work of art. Plugging it into my system made things possible which were previously impossible because I didn't have the right cable. Now I do. You could be the next lucky person to achieve MIDI salvation as I have. I hope you will take a few moments from your busy day to think kindly upon the fine people of HOSA and their tireless dedication to MIDI data transmission.
