I have a 40-year-old tractor that is very difficult to find parts for. The air cleaner hose was originally a fabric type material that was slowly disintegrating. After some creative problem solving, I found a shop vac type hose that was rigid enough to stay I place and the perfect 2” diameter in size. I just needed something to clamp in place. These stainless-steel hose clamps are very strong and won’t rust out over time. The tightening nut can be adjusted with a straight screwdriver or a 7mm socket. They’re perfect and I have 8 more for future creative problem solving.
