Handle stem assembly fits for T&S brass all faucets, compatible with most commercial kitchen faucets, widely used in kitchens, restaurants, laundry, etc.
Installation Steps
Step 1: Lever the lid of the faucet handle with a knife.
Step 2: loosen the screw with a screwdriver, then remove the screw.
Step 3: remove the faucet handle.
Step 4: screw off the old cartridge with a wrench and put on the new one.
Note:
The hot or cold water valve core is distinguished by the red and blue marks.

We have a very well-designed and heavy-duty commercial style faucet set (wall mount) for our stainless steel garage sink, but the valves in both sides, especially the HOT side, leaked so often that it was insane. We got replacements from the manufacturer's representative, but those leaked just as badly. We were about to replace it with another set entirely (which is a LOT of work, given our set up) when we found these. You'll note the "old" style on the left of the photo. Inside the small plastic tube-like structure is a spring. There is no rebuild (we asked back when the first set began to leak.) This newer version seems to be a much better design, and they both installed perfectly (using the correct wrench to install them on the set) and now, only time will tell as to the durability of them, and if they leak as quickly as the original types have. And it's a shame, too, because the faucet set is great!
