Works pretty good. Still new to me. Previous experience is making Halloween costumes with dollar store glue gun. Takes a little longer to heat up than I expected for high wattage. Once hot it pushes more glue than needed. Have not tried switching nozzle to smaller size. When put back in case with glue stick in gun case does not zip close. Glue seems nice and sticky. New use for glue gun is for 3D printing. Heat makes strong bind for PLA plastic. Other glues do not like to stick to PLA. This glue gun heats up enough to basically weld plastic together. A little messy for little parts but strong weld. I am sure glue gun will work really well when I get used to using it.
